  My newest review dated 5-13-26 I decided to give Best Western Plus of North Platte, NE another shot. I was absolutely amazed and delighted with the room we received this time! It was exactly what I’d expect from Best Western Plus. It appears that all the carpets in the hotel are being replaced, and the room on the second floor was spotless, with clean bathroom floor grout. The furniture was tidy, and the beds were super comfy. Both years, the front desk team was incredibly friendly and courteous. We’ll be back! I’ve updated my rating from last year to a 5-star rating. Thanks, Beth Hoskins, General Manager, for everything! PS Beth the General Manager DID refund my stay from last year, I never asked for a refund she simply let me know that she had done it. j

  We live staying at this location when we come home to visit. We stayed at this location last May and the pool was closed, figuring, there's no way the pool is still closed still I went ahead and booked again almost a year later. To our dissapoinment the pool was still shut down. This is advertised, nowhere, and is actually posted everywhere that they have a pool. Website, in rooms and online. Otherwise a great stay as always

  Tv and exhaust fan didn't work no shampoo or conditioner and there was something left in the refrigerator. Beds were comfortable and the place was really quiet. The price was fair. The people at the front desk were nice. Breakfast was good.
