  Do not stay on bottom floor! I’ve stayed upstairs it was fine e but this time landed Dow stairs and the entire floor as soon as you walk in smells like cat or dog Uribe it’s so strong. Then my room was very small with no coffee pot but also had nasty stains on bed in which I took photos of that almost made me throw up! Needless to say I will not be back! If I could play the photos I would!

  We stayed at the best western in Chadron,ne. The hotel is wonderful and the staff is more than welcoming. Sarah was at the front desk and when I booked my reservation I put the wrong date in . She helped me straighten it out through Expedia. Thank you so much Sarah. The beds our comfy. Clean . If I am ever out this way again I will be staying here.

  A pretty old but reliable hotel. You could tell it had been operating for a while. There were 3 doors in and out of the rooms: one to the hallway, one to the parking lot, and one to an adjoining room. There was a nice kitchenette with a stove, counter, dining table, and sink. The bathroom was pretty tight and a little grungy looking. Everything was just a little grungy and outdated looking. Not dirty, but in need of some love. We were on the bottom floor and apparently the people above us were hosting a 24-hour in room pickleball tournament because they ran and jumped and made such a racket for 2 hours straight that we had to call the desk at 11 pm and report them. The front desk lady was very pleasant but only said “I don’t even know who’s in that room but I hope they stop.” Eventually they did. Every person we met who worked for the hotel was really pleasant and friendly, and it was located next to everything you could possibly need in Chadron including a nice restaurant with whom they share a parking lot. The pool and spa looked nice and clean, and they had a cute little patio area. I just think the place could use a little sprucing up and a little updating.

  Accueil à l'arrivée très antipathique et désagréable, mais sympa au départ. Chambre spacieuse, silencieuse et confortable mais salle de bain sale, pleine de cheveux de partout. Bon petit déjeuné.

  This is a very rundown hotel. Our air conditioner didn’t work. It was nasty dirty. Bodily fluid stains on sheets. Hair on the bed sheets. Top cover so nasty. The bathroom didn’t look clean. The carpet was so extremely gross. One of the worst hotels we ever stayed at. The girl at the front was very nice and it’s not her fault. They need to do a total renovation on this place.
