  Very clean hotels and rooms are very nice and comfortable! Love to jacuzzi rooms!! Kids will love the pool and adults will love the hot tub! Log cabin type theme and hotel has laundry and business facilities!

  Dishonest! I left a bag or items there, I called asking if they found anything. I told them Where to look. The lady said she’d call me back! She said yes we found the bag where you said it was. I asked if they could ship to me since I lived 6 hrs away. She said no. I told them someone would be coming through a certain day, and they pick it up for me. She said that’s fine. She put a damn on it and left it. Once my friend got there to pick it up they told her there was nothing. I called and spoke to them too. They said nope we don’t have anything! When specifically the lady told me they found it exactly where I said it would be and That she had it, and would put a note on it. I was so upset like why would they lie to me or steal it!

  Room had a leaking air conditioning unit that has clearly had problems before us. Got my daughter’s things all wet. Lightbulb out in the bathroom. This was advertised as an accessible friendly room. The water all over the floor would not have me recommend it as such. Privacy curtains do not close all the way so people can still see into room. Not a place we will ever stay again.

  Hubby and I stayed at this hotel and was very surprised despite some negative comments...we were happy, clean rooms, bath area small to normal, staff was friendly, no info on breakfast area tho, but coffee was open... Had next to none TP...no kleenex, and our matress could of been thrown out, but all I. All we give it a 4-5 stars...was a nice place to rest your weary body! Please update electrical plugs to more usb's and maybe 4 sockets not 2...

  Came down for our anniversary and left a very special personal item behind as we are not from Fargo. Asked if they could ship it to us if we paid for the cover costs and the lady we spoke with was very unprofessional and rude. We originally called the day we left and they said someone will get ahold of us the next day with shipping costs. perfect. No one got ahold of us, thinking probably just busy i called back and the lady was so horrible “WE DONT SHIP THINGS OUT, YOU COME GET IT OR WE THROW IT AWAY” i said “the lady who spoke to us the other day said you guys ship you not need to yell or be disrespectful toward me as I completely understand” she responds back with “YOU CALLED THREE TIMES TODAY AND ITS THE SAME SITUATION, YOU COME GET IT OR IT GETS THROWN AWAY” i said “I have called once today? Even if i did call even 5 times that is your job. period. but that is all i needed to hear the first time you do not need to have an attitude with me and then she got quite and goes “someone will call you tomorrow” i said for what? you guys don’t ship you made it very clear so why would you call me back? Then her tone starts up. “YES WE DO NOT SHIP YOU GET IT OR THATS IT” i finally hung up due to the tone and unprofessional way she spoke to me as I tried being in a calmer understanding manner. Front staff needs a better attitude check, you work there, you applied for the job, if you do not like it leave. Don’t give me attitude because you are unhappy 🤷🏼‍♀️
