  Stayed for a graduation from Wake Forest. The room was dirty. The closet door missing a hinge just fell off. No one came to clean the room (even after several requests throughout the day). Finally a manager brought clean towels and was nasty and unpleasant (as was the front desk). Worst hotel experience in many decades.

  No one at desk when we arrived ar 530 pm.. waited 15 to 20 minutes decided to call the front desk. Worker finally came back with another worker. Guess she heard the phone.. At first couldn't find our reservation..... even with my confirmation #.. A bit later. Found... Room was ok. Clean... nothing special...good enough for one night stay Close to reasturants... Break. Was good.. lots to choose from.. day workers very pleasant... Will I stay there again ... I dont know.

  decent hotel but who doesn't use a microwave while at one? no microwaves sucks, should've stayed at the hotel near the mall!

  Mediocre at best. Way over priced. We paid over $200 for a room. Bathroom the size of a closet. No microwave in room. Hair in shower. Only saw one small bug. Location is good. Was able to walk to our event at the Joel. Breakfast ok. Would not stay again.
