  I had a really good experience in the 3 days I stayed here.The was room was clean and quiet. The staff were very courteous.I will return for another stay soon.

  This is a perfect location and an extremely nice budget option if you are a Best Western member. The little sugar creek trailhead is across the street, access to a beautiful walking, biking trail network. Stay here!

  The rooms are not kept up well. Beds were horrible. Coffee maker did not work and plug ins were loose so you cord was not secure. Furniture felt dirty and bathroom sink area was dirty.

  This place has many problems across all the rooms. Some rooms smell terrible, and in almost all of them, the outlets for charging your cell phone—and other devices—do not work. In other rooms, the microwave doesn't function; specifically, in Room 124, the light located between the two beds is out, as is the light in the corner near the bed situated opposite the air conditioner. Furthermore, there is always a woman on duty who lacks even the slightest bit of empathy; the entire service is abysmal.

  I originally booked my room with affirm and whoever they had working the night I had to check in (4/23) told me the room was only reserved and not pay for. So on top of ALREADY paying for the I had to pay again. The room was not properly cleaned or restocked. The bathroom was disgusting the door handle was broken and had mold. I also had their breakfast that Saturday morning and found hair in my food. I checked out 10am Sunday (4/26) and still haven’t heard back from management. They obviously don’t care for the property as they should. Highly disappointed that I wasted so much money with them and no one is reaching out to rectify the situation.
