  C/I & C/O ladies were very sweet & helpful. Our room was newer, clean, bed was comfy, A/C fine, never used the TV, no bad smells, except in some hallways. After driving all day in the heat dome I needed a walk in A/C so went down all the hallways. Some were obviously older & wreaked of smoke. Breakfast was minimal & not very fresh, but occupancy was very low. BIG PROBLEM with being charged for a second room! Didn’t notice till the end of our trip. Maybe an accident, but the only way to dispute the charge on my credit card statement was to call it fraud. $125 Check your receipt carefully at checkout.

  Good center point for our 20hr drive. They did charge a us a $50 pet fee even though they are service animals. The room also smelled like animals.

  Dirty, room stunk. Sink wouldn't turn off. Hallway stunk like bo and dope. What should have been a good room was a disappointment and waste of money

  Perhaps this hotel should be classified as a Best Western "minus." Stayed here in a jacuzzi room after visiting local wineries. Check-in took over 10 minutes. Air conditioning roared and struggled to keep room cool. Pool was closed. Ants crawled all over table facing pool at breakfast. Juice machine dispensed pink water and a wet floor was left unattended in breakfast area. Bath towels in room were stained. Kevin at front desk didn't ask about our stay and was told these things anyway, but didn't bother to apologize and acted like he could care less. Worst Best Western we have ever stayed in. Would not stay here again even if it was free.
