  Overall it was a good stay if you’re just looking for a room and breakfast. The room itself was clean enough and add clean linens and fresh shower soaps. However, our room did have holes in the window curtains from moths or something. Breakfast was excellent and tasted good, there was also a wide range of options to choose from between eggs, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and more. Staff also greeted us every morning and were very kind and helpful. Only other critique was that the elevator and the fitness center were both closed and broken. We really wanted to use the fitness center but since it was closed we took a walk outside on the road across the street. However, a local did stop us and told us not to walk down the street and that it was a bad area. This location is also super close to the Coastal Credit Union Music Park so it’s good to stay at if you’re going to an event there.

  The workers are incredibly nice, they’re friendly, hey’re very understanding. Room was clean. Price was cheap to stay here. All in all, if you want to go to a hotel and have a nice chill spot while you’re over in Raleigh, North Carolina, then go here.

  I recently stayed at this Best Western and had a mixed experience. The building itself appears quite old and unfortunately not very well maintained. There were visible cracks in the walls, the hallway had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the room showed signs of wear, including rips in the curtains / lampshade and stains on the furniture. That said, the room was generally clean, which I appreciated. Additionally, the front desk attendant was kind, welcoming, and helpful during my stay. Overall, while the service and cleanliness were decent, the condition of the property could use significant updates and maintenance. I would not recommend staying here and would not choose to stay here again.

  The Best Western Edison in Garner, NC is exceptionally clean! Beds are comfy, decor needs a bit of updating. In room fridge is a nice plus but it's also noisy. Staff is above and beyond friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is hot with a wide variety of options with added choices using a bit of creativity. Breakfast bar is kept top notch clean with coffee/ tea service available 24/7. The breakfast coffee station offers regular and decaf plus cappuccino, latte and hot cocoa. Regular buffet items include eggs, sausage, biscuits, hot waffles, hot cereals and grits, breads, pastries, assorted cereals, milk, yogurt and almond milk. Mix and match buffet breakfast is my favorite, add fruit toppings to yogurt, cereals or pastries. 24/7 tea station offers a variety of teas, add some ice for great iced tea. In room coffee, microwave,hair dryer, iron and board makes this place the DEAL OF THE CENTURY.
