  Clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay! We were greated immediately upon arriving and got the type of room we needed at a fair rate. Not only was it VERY CLEAN but it is well decorated and comfortable too. We ordered door dash for dinner and the kids swam in the pool while we waited for it to arrive. I hung out at the front desk to wait for the delivery and enjoyed a local beer from the convenience store in the lobby. The front desk staff was so friendly and chatted about what cool things to do with the family the next day. The pool is very clean and maintained, and they provide nice large towels to dry off. Beds were comfortable and room was quite. Breakfast the next day was very good. I worked on the wifi and sipped coffee from 6-9 and the breakfast staff kept it well stocked with hot eggs, bacon, & etc. continuously. Really, every thing we needed and used for our short visit was exactly perfect. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the area.

  I do not recommend this hotel. We were coming in for my girlfriend's dad's funeral from nearly 10 hours away. We called in advance to let them know we would be getting there at 4 am so they knew we were still coming and didn't give the room to anyone else. When we got there, we called 17 times, rang the door buzzer numerous times, and knocked on the glass over and over. After trying for nearly 20 minutes to even get in the hotel because the front door was locked, we left to go to another hotel.

  Photos were very misleading. If you don't really know the area (which I did not), it's in a questionable part of Asheville. The photos were selective and not at all reflective of the actual property. The property is part of Best Western family, and it feels like it. Rooms were very small and tight, couldn't close the door to the bathroom and closet at the same time (it uses a barn door style door). The room was clean, though, just very cramped quarters for a family to share. The property worked for 1 overnight, but would not recommend for long term stay.

  My stay at GLō Best Western Nashville was wonderful. The rooms are modern, very spacious, and offered a really nice view. I was incredibly impressed by how friendly and accommodating the staff members were throughout my visit. The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus—delicious and fresh. If you want a comfortable, high-quality stay in Nashville that won't break the bank, this is it!

  WOW WOW and more WOW. You can't beat this price nor the location. This hotel should be priced at a higher price than what I paid. What a deal. BEST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAY IN ESPECIALLY FOR THE PRICE. Customer service was fast and efficient at their job. Breakfast was huge selections. Bed was comfy. Charger plugins were at a perfect place. Imagine in your head everything you want from a hotel and then it's exactly what you wanted! They really put this hotel together for WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT not what Corporate wants. This is how you run a business right here. The end.
