  Went downstairs in the middle of the night to request extra blankets because the room was cold. We had to wait several minutes while the receptionist called her manager to confirm whether she was allowed to provide them. She also asked for my name and room number in a way that felt like she didn’t believe I was a guest. Overall, the customer service was poor. If getting basic items like extra blankets is treated as a problem, I’m not sure I’d trust future requests. I also wouldn’t recommend this hotel due to the roach issue and the questionable service—4/10. 08/21 Room #230

  This is one of the worst hotels we have stayed at in a long time. Our first room was dirty and the sheets were stained. We asked to be moved. The second room was a little better, it at least had clean sheets, but they were too small for the bed. I went to the front desk for extra pillows and the clerk didnt even remember we had checked in. So we ended up getting our own supplies and cleaning up the rest of the room ourselves. We could not cancel as it was non refundable and the other hotel we usually stay at was full. The bathroom floor was so dirty it turned the wash cloth brown. Paint peeling, the bathtub was peeling, the curtains were stained, it smelled. The wall decor was coming out of the frame. Even the entry doors and windows looked like they were cleaned with a dirty rag. We had a clean bed so we were nervous to have anyone come do anything as they would probably make it worse. This place needs to teach their staff to clean, it needs major fixing, and an owner or manager that actually cares. Do not stay here!

  The employees are friendly and helpful. Breakfast had many options and was very good. I would definitely stay here again.

  If ur a truck driver & broke down this is the best hotel to stay in not from from Crook motor truck service shop friendly place & good people. Ms Sherri was very helpful and professional.
