  Very conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from the West Entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The town felt safe and lively, with a visitor center, small park, and mini zoo nearby. The hotel was clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. Pool and hot tub were warm and well maintained with nice extras like fresh towels and complimentary baby pool diapers. Good full breakfast. Parking was limited in front but available in the back. We had an issue with the room lock, but it was handled quickly and professionally by staff.

  old fashioned. the door of the accessible restroom in the lobby was extremely heavy. impossible to open it independently by a in a wheelchair.

  This place is by far one of the nicest Best Western I have stayed at. Clean spacious room, huge TV, indoor pool, and great breakfast. Definitely will stay here again

  The breakfast that comes with the stay advertises among other things, the two main items of scrambled eggs and sausage. Being a keto guy that tries to avoid refined carbs. Those were the only two things I was planning on eating for breakfast. When I asked, I was told that they just weren’t too many people staying at the hotel right now so they just cut off the eggs and sausage. I definitely would not have stayed there if I’ve known that. Was advertise to have Wi-Fi in the room and Netflix. They had neither my Wi-Fi didn’t work nor did the Netflix. I confirmed with the front desk and they said “sorry.” No resolution, they didn’t even try. The shower was horrible. Almost 0 water pressure. Took me forever to get the shampoo out of my hair. Unless they refund me for those two nights, I’m never staying in a Best Western again, and I’m recommending to all my friends that may ask—that they do the same. Whoever the manager is there needs to be fired ASAP. Estrella was the only person that was really helpful.
