  4/22/26. I was on a work trip. Made a reservation 2 hours prior to my arrival. Arrived there around 7pm. 1st time here. Check in process took less than 10 minutes. I handed him my ID, CC and got my room on the 1st floor. Room was clean. AC/heater works good. Bathroom was clean. If I may make a suggestion in the bath room, is to have a towel hook/rack just outside the shower. Breakfast was good. There are wide variety and also to go sandwiches! I would definitely come back to stay here again - if I ever be near by. **Ice machine is on the 3rd floor.

  The rooms were below average and did not meet reasonable expectations. While parking was adequate, that was the only positive aspect of this stay. The staff were consistently unprofessional and discourteous. In particular, a short blonde employee was openly rude, raised her voice during our interaction, and demonstrated a clear lack of basic customer service skills. Equally concerning was the manager’s conduct. His office—clearly visible from the front check-in desk—was in a state of disarray, with trash scattered throughout. This level of visible neglect reflects poorly on management and the overall standards of the property. Based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning when future work brings me to the area.

  Very nice property. Clean, desk staff very friendly and helpful. Clean rooms, comfortable mattress and pillows--> good night's sleep. The breakfast is worth the stay alone! Thick oven cooked flavorful bacon, real sausage links with great taste, fresk homemade/on-site breakfast sandwiches, fresh cut fruit cups. Very friendly and accommodating breakfast staff! The best breakfast buffet.

  Rooms were decent but if you bring a dog, you’ll be put in a “dog room”. Ordered food and it was decent for a place that hardly has any options available. When eating breakfast we over heard the employees speaking in a negative way and quite loudly about another employee (Karen). Apparently the doggy bags behind the front desk are for “elite reward members” and that it’s a “thank you” to the dog?? For having x amount of points. We are rewards members but the dog isn’t? He wasn’t worthy of a treat I guess. Also the ice machine was broken for our entire stay on our floor and when we told the older lady with curly hair (same one with all other encounters) she told us to get ice on the 3rd or 4th floor.
