  This is a really great place to stay. The staff were exceptional..... Friendly, professional and had a great scense of humor..... Just what's needed after a long day in the road. The room was spacious and comfortable and nice to relax in..... The complimentary breakfast is very good..... Plenty of choices, so most if not all varying breakfast routines will be met. If you go away hungry it will be your own fault. Definitely recommend!!!

  Enjoyed our one night stay , the room was clean & comfortable, the continental breakfast was quite good the two ladies looking after it were doing a great job of keeping clean & well stocked. upon check out we realized our battery needed a boost.went to front desk looking for help & the maintainence guy came right out & got us going . That combination of customer service will keep us coming back.

  Definitely not a 4.5 star, more like 3, hot pool close at 10, and our room was half empty missing furniture lol

  Great staff!!!! Clean rooms, great breakfast, weight room to keep your muscles up and a pool to relax. Can't beat it!

  We usually stop in Milk River when heading to Arizona, hotel was full and we couldn’t get a room. Best thing that ever happened. I love Best Western hotel because they are always clean, friendly, and reasonable prices. The front desk service was top notch here in Shelby!
