  Rooms are quite and cozy. Beds are comfortable and the shower was very hot and nice. Dog friendly and lots of area they can run and explore. The staff were extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend

  We stay here at least once a year. Its a lovely hotel. Very quiet & clean. Beds are comfortable & breakfast is wonderful! Perfect location!

  Warning: If you leave anything behind, don’t expect the staff to help you get it back. I accidentally left my makeup bag in the room after checkout. After searching through my car and luggage multiple times, I realized the hotel room was the last place I had used it. When I called, I was told nothing had been turned into lost and found, despite them claiming supervisors inspect every room for forgotten items. Clearly, that process means very little. To make matters worse, the “non-smoking” room smelled heavily like marijuana when we arrived, and the chair cushion was sitting on the floor instead of on the chair, making the room feel unclean and poorly maintained overall. Extremely disappointing experience, and unfortunately I would not stay here again. Edit (my response): The front desk informed me that the guests who checked into the room after me had not checked out yet at the time I called, so I’m not sure how such a thorough search could have already been completed. Also, the last name used on this review is my maiden name, while the reservation was booked under a different last name, which makes me question whether the correct reservation and room were even being referenced in your response. As for the smell, no, I did not request a room change because we arrived late and were only staying briefly. I simply expected a non-smoking room to actually smell like a non-smoking room. I understand you have a lost-and-found process in place, but unfortunately my experience did not reflect the level of care you describe.

  Right off interstate 90. They have a sauna, steam room, gym, hot tub, and free breakfast. Super nice and really friendly service. Top notch all the way

  Conveniently located near the center of Missoula with food, entertainment, fuel, and the airport near by. The rooms were nice, and ours had vaulted ceilings, but the room was rather dark even with all the lamps on. There was no lighting provided from the ceiling except in the bathroom and entry The complimentary breakfast was nice if a little standard, but there was plenty of options and the yogurt parfait was a refreshing and a nice snack to take with us. We didn't get to try the pool with our short stay, but it appeared lots of guests were enjoying in.
