Rooms are definitely dated but functional. Front desk always friendly. Kids running around at 10 pm is annoying. Parents suck. And you'll pay for location. Nothing else for a while in either direction.

Bed was comfortable and clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Very small credit was given because of bugs in the bathtub. I didn't see my receipts until I arrived home and asked for a duplicate... that's on me. When I saw I was charged $360 for the one night, I thought it must be a mistake. But since my Discover card was in the middle of switching to Capital One, there was nothing to be done, no one I could discuss it with for 2 days. It wasn't a mistake, $360 for two queen beds was the charge. Because of the outrageous price, I will never stay here again.

We were so tired when we pulled up! We booked our room on the website like 10min before we arrived and when we got there the room we booked was actually not available. They had 2 rooms that were suites which was at a way higher cost then what we booked, he accommodated us and gave us the suite at the cost of the room we booked. Justin handle the situation very professional and made sure we were comfortable gave us some water and chips. We appreciate Justin and how he handled the situation.
The room was very nice I really wish we were able to enjoy the room longer. If we go to Dillon again we will definitely stay there again.

The management at this hotel is extremely dishonest. She lied to us about the pet fee that was waved at check in by her staff and claimed that we did not disclose our ESA dog when we absolutely did. She waited 5 days to say something about the dog and chose to speak to my wife about it during breakfast. My wife told her that she had checked in the dog at check in and told her she would speak to me about it. I came down about 5 minutes later where she repeated her scam to me, and acted like my wife had not just told her that she checked in the dog and the employee running the desk waved the fee. I asked her to review the footage of the check in and she stated that she would yet has continued to deny that we checked in the dog (including the respone to this review). This is text book gas lighting. "We have the footage that proves you did check in the dog but we won't review it so we can keep accusing you of not disclosing the dog." What she did was discriminatory and very much a scam. Because we are using a 3rd party assistance program, she took advantage of the situation and made a disabled veteran and disrupted a 5 month old baby to switch us to a smaller dirty room so they could charge more on the weekend for our original room. After check out they charged $600 to our card completely unauthorized. $200 for a pet cleaning fee(scam) $15 a day when cleaners did not clean our room, my wife is the one who cleaned the room.
We also overheard many of the cleaning staff complaining to each other about unfair treatment from manegment and her nepetent little boyfriend accomplice (who likes to smoke inside the pool house on his time off dispite the no smoking signs and as a staff member had full knowledge that this is highly forbiden.) I believe they fired the girl that had waved the pet fee, or she likely quit(understandably). We did not see her at the hotel after the incident occured in order to ask her what she had told management about waiving the fee. So the employee who waived the fee disappeared and management refused to review and acknowledge footage of the incident. But we're willing to charge the card anyways, knowing there was an active grievance with the 3rd party and a potential civil rights violation from both the hotel and the 3rd party.
Overall Rating
Beds: uncomfortable and saggy.
Room: Dirty floors upon arrival and walls are thin enough to hear everything your neighbor says. Doors creaky throughout building and woke us up all in the night. Bath tub overflow drained water directly into the wall and floor, there is likely mold behind the walls. Our first room had a table that was beyond its last leg, was literally dangling so the top of the table was sitting at a 30° angle. Thought it was funny they wanted to scam me out of $200 for a service fee, when they don't actually keep up the rooms. Greed and fraud.
Breakfast: Ok
Pool: Discussting, hot tub smells like barf and they don't keep up on pool maintenance.
Management: Aweful. Worst service related employee I have ever come across. And I've stayed at 1000s of hotels including Best Westerns when I worked on a travel team.
Cleaning Staff: Polite and Helpful.
All in all the incident that this woman caused trying to scam us was ultimately disruptive, financially, as well as emotionally, and it waisted a lot of our time that was meant to be spent on looking for permanent housing for my baby and wife. The incident with this staff member additionally caused a secondary issue with our 3rd party assistance program that ultimately lead to my 5 month old being thrown out onto the streets by the hotel staff.
FYI the dog in question is an ESA animal in the process of obtaining service animal certification, prescribed thorough the VA by medical professionals who worked intimately with the vet for over 3 years. The dog has served the veteran for over 10 years and is in fact trained to do specific tasks related to his disabilities, ie the dog has been trained to not bark, and she has been trained to quietly alert the veteran during specific situations.
