  Stayed one night in July 2026. Quiet. Great air conditioning. Room was clean and modern. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker were newer. Wi-fi was reliable. Cable TV came with multiple channels and HBO. I stayed in room 106 (main floor) which is across from the breakfast room. If you like fitness and swimming ask to stay at the other end of the building. Parking was plentiful and close to my room. Perkins restaurant is attached to the hotel and gives 15% off your meal when you show your room key card. There are also plenty of fast food restaurants right across the street. And for PNW folks (Seattle) they are building a WINCO grocery store next door. The hotel bill was a bit on the high side, mine was $227, but at 68 yrs I'm worth it!

  I stayed here last year and am picking up the trail again. So a return visit. Last year i gave the BW 5*. This year I am trying to find an extra star to make it 6*. Why so good ? Very well run. Efficient and friendly. Staff are amazing and the food is good A shout out to Kami and the front desk staff who bent over backwards to help me with my logistics of flying in with my son and bicycles This is what good service looks like. Thank you. And Happy 4th !

  The best western plaza inn is simply the best. Nice and clean rooms . Breakfast is good, the “Best “Bacon I have ever eaten; flatly ironed, crispy and fats drained. Service is good. I am glad our group tour chose this place . Thank you.

  Had a very good experience at this hotel. They called to see when we would arrive at the hotel for the night. I think they genuinely cared about your stay. It didn't feel like you were just another customer. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Had a good breakfast bar to.

  The staff was exceptional and provided genuine customer service. They were willing to go "above and beyond" and made us feel valued. The Plaza was very clean, quite and rooms was in exceptional shape. Beds were very comfortable and I slept great. Breakfast offering was extensive and even had gluten free options. Location is conveniently located close to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend the Plaza for your next stay in Butte, MT.
