  The staff is what makes this place, I called to make sure a late check in was ok when looking up the reservation she noticed it was for the wrong date and assisted us with the third party Booker to fix the problem. When we got there she was full of smiles and well wishes for everything working out. The next morning we went to the breakfast and it was wonderful. Usually I can only have a cup of tea or a boiled egg due to a wheat allergy but they had gluten free muffins and bagels packaged, the attendant heard me tell my husband how excited I was and came out with a list of all the foods I could have on top of the pakaged items. She was so very kind and helpful.

  Outstanding customer service Gigi at the front desk did an amazing job making me feel welcome the room temperature was just right not too hot not too cold

  So clean and updated! Modern light fixtures including individual reading lights attached to the headboards and lights under the bed (for nighttime ease but what a bold move because it showcases if housekeeping cleans underneath) and an overall minimalist color palette that feels easy yet comforting. A great example of budget hotels done right. Really appreciate the care put into upkeep and kind employees and would happily stay in Butte again just to come back!
