  Good day, I was debating taking the time to make a review. However the more I thought about it, I don’t want to anyone to experience what we have experienced. We got there Friday night 6/12 around 940 to 10 ish and we booked two queens. We were trying to get to our room on 3 rd floor and soon as the elevator open up, we immediately noticed how dirty the carpet look. We then went to room and immediately noticed smell, floor dirty, bathroom was not clean, desk was super sticky, (hoping) there was snot by the bed, and then found two black Beatles with white stripes on bed and in bathroom. I went down and told front desk and they gave us another room on same floor (3rd) and soon as I walk in there was bugs running across floor. I then took pictures and went to frond desk and show her. The front desk was very nice and respectful and then gave us a king suite and we walked in and it wasn’t the best clean feeling on 2nd floor. I told her it was fine because I’m trying to be nice. However it was nicer since there was no bugs but noticed the floor needed to be clean. For how much I paid I would expect the room in better condition and not worst than a cheap motel.

  The beds and room are beautiful comfy and soft . My stay was great peaceful the breakfast was delicious, hot and the housekeeper made sure it was fresh . The pool was so pretty didn't get to get in ho ever but overall great experience. If I could raee it a ten it'll def be a ten, My review is a 5 as in great ?

  My king size bed was extremely hard. Tossed in pain most of the night. Was there for a concert at the casino. Photo in my room.
