  I took a shower and sat on the bed. I killed a black bug. Then, I walked to the bathroom, and I killed another one. I requested a new room. The toilet didn’t flush. I waited until the morning to check out. They refused to allow me to check out. They accused me of clogging the toilet even though it was working. My concerns were dismissed. I paid for two nights. They refused to give me a refund. I am left with finding another room since customer service called them and the manager refused to check me out or give me a room. They offered another room, but with the lack of breakfast plates, trash overflowing in the lobby, and dismissive customer service from management, I did not want to risk another sleepless night.

  There is a Arby's and a Waffle House next door. The rooms are nice and clean. It was a very quiet and restful stay. The bed was ok but the shower pressure was great.

  Got two hot waters when greeted. Breakfast was horrible and when I asked the receptionist for a receipt, she printed it out, put it on the counter and walked away. NEVER AGAIN!!

  This is not a five star hotel. But for the price range it's in I gave it five stars. This is the second time we have stayed there it was actually a little better this time than the first. The breakfast has some hot options such as sausage, Canadian bacon, egg patties and a waffle maker as well as cereal, yogurt boiled eggs, muffins and different things. The bed was a little firm for my preference but ok. The room was very clean. They could spend a little more effort cleaning up on the outside especially around the pool area.

  This property has a serious cockroach and insect infestation. The moment we entered the room, we noticed a strong pesticide smell, which made us very uncomfortable and concerned about the health and safety of our family. We had traveled with our children, but we could not stay. They were frightened by the insects, and we did not feel the room was safe or clean enough to spend the night. Another major issue is the lack of an elevator. This makes it extremely difficult, if not impossible, for elderly parents or anyone with mobility issues to access rooms on the upper floors. What is most concerning is that I found reviews from previous years describing the same problems, yet it appears that little or no corrective action has been taken. A property with ongoing health and safety concerns like these should either be thoroughly cleaned and brought up to acceptable standards or temporarily shut down until the issues are properly resolved. I have already reported these concerns to the corporate office and have requested a full refund. Given the way this property appears to be managed, I am not very confident that my concerns will be addressed appropriately, but I hope the company takes this matter seriously to prevent other families from having the same experience.
