  This hotel was in a great location right near the beach and lots of restaurants. The rooms looked outdated but exceptionally clean!! Very spacious too. Sabrina at the front desk (I am assuming that’s her name as it was on her necklace) was incredibly helpful and kind. The free breakfast was small but nice, and the woman working the breakfast was nice and friendly. The pool water was very murky and we could not see to the bottom of it.

  Got there did not have reservations. They hooked me up with a room. It was perfect. Nice room beds were clean. The rooms were clean spotless. There was even a safe in the room There's a pool there. It is close to other attractions. There I would refer them and use them again. Anytime I have in the past, and I will continue to use them.

  Excellent location! Right across the hwy from the Beau Rivage. Service station walking distance as well. The staff was very courteous and the property is immaculate. The room was very comfortable. I will be staying at this property the next time I visit.

  This is an overpriced run down MOTEL. It is not up to Best Western standards and is extremely outdated. The rooms are extremely moldy and damp and humid. You can tell that these rooms have suffered flooding and other water damage from the storms over the years. The furniture is rusted, and all of the handles on the cabinets and dressers and door knobs are also rusted due to the humidity and dampness. Your socks will be ruined and turned black once walking on the damp carpet. Your clothes will feel damp when you leave. All of the furniture is damaged, dented, and extremely old and is that of a 1990s motel- With the exception of the television. The telephones in the room were not even connected. The beds are old and hard, With some of the smallest pillows I have ever seen. The linens are extremely thin and worn and torn. They use old torn, over washed Gray blankets. Some of the towels were new, but others were old and torn. The bathroom is extremely small and the tub shower combination is quite antiquated. They still provide you with no name, generic small bottles of very cheap shampoo and soaps When all of the other best westerns have switched to the dispensers. The sliding glass doors are a security nightmare, waiting to happen And you have views of the parking lot, So having a balcony, does you know good unless you want to smoke pot on it which most people do. Lots of strange characters going and coming all night. The front desk is separated from the hotel in a different building, which makes it interesting if you have to go to get anything. The staff is very mediocre and not welcoming at all. The place is run like a very low-grade hourly motel. I was not recognized as a platinum soon to be diamond member. The franchise owner of this property needs to be investigated by Best Western Especially for the excessive high charges that they are charging simply because of its location. There is no way that this hotel is up to par with modern accommodation standards for best western current standards. You have been warned, Unless you get a super good deal for $100 or less, Spend your money somewhere else at a nicer hotel. This place is a old-fashioned dump.
