  The room has a safe, but no microwave. What a baffling decision. Also no complomentary breakfast.

  Check in was smooth and they were able to accommodate me early. Gym is very clean. The restaurant/bar is great. Seth served me and he was friendly and helpful. Overall great experience while traveling for work.

  We have used VIB several times but never again. There are several reasons, but when they were confronted with items being stolen and our bags and clothes being pilfered, the manager did nothing. Suddenly, after several issues and a complaint the stolen item suddenly showed up! They offered a half- hearted apology and a comp dinner... Never again. They offered for cleaning staff to come early and clean while we were there. I don't think the ability to process situations and actually confront problems is a thing their management can do ... Stay away!

  I have not stayed there yet but I have made reservations for December I am excited to see what it is like the website makes it look wonderful I hope it is.

  Room was very clean, extremely small rooms the lights in the room are frustrating to try to use. The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. The guy who served us at the burger place was very good and on top of keeping drinks fresh and food came out in a timely manner and was delicious.
