  The staff was nice and friendly and very accommodating. We were given a specially rate due to me having been hospitalized prior to our visit. They allowed my service dog and my handicapped husband could navigate the walkways. Ziggy Restaurant was next door,wonderful food! Have reccomended this motel to many!

  I was only there one night, but the room was clean, the hit water was great, and the staff was very friendly. Conveniently located near the interstate. Plenty of gas stations and restaurants nearby.

  Room was not clean at all. Windows and blinds filthy. Ants in the bathroom. Carpet and flooring was not clean. We stayed there 5 years ago and all was OK. This time - terrible. No smoking rooms but lots sitting outside rooms smoking which were right by room air conditioners.. Surfaces of furniture didn’t feel clean. Won’t return. Too bad because front staff were great and ease of making reservations was good. Best Western corporate should be aware that this hotel is not up to standards- even moderately.

  When we checked the lady at the front desk seemed unhappy and non friendly. The room was dirty toilets not cleaned the sink wouldnt drain the front outlets didnt work and my daughter woke up with BITE MARKS!!! Not worth it dont go here.

  This was the perfect stay for a short getaway! I was pleasantly surprised by BW Coach House. I had my nieces with me and the pool was perfect for us. It has a depth of 5 feet which is perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play. I was also surprised by how quiet the hotel was since it was located near the interstate and on a major road through the city. We could see the traffic, but had a peaceful stay. The rooms were clean and supplied well to meet our needs. Parking was good, too! If you like being able to park in front of your door, this is the place for you!
