  It's posted that they have a pool, kiddy pool, and spa. Found the pool and kiddy pool but no spa/hot tub in sight

  Bugs in my room. AC doesn't seem to work. Matrresses seem old. Beat up furnite, smudges on TV. Dirty, old. Set up like a motel. Buy a real hotel room or go to a motel for a 1/3 of the price.

  This hotel uses 3rd party reservation systems who seamlessly take over your reservation call without letting you know you are no longer dealing with the hotel of your choice. You are providing your personal information to agents who then make fraudulent reservations in your name and charge your credit card without your authorization. Naturally you can turn these issues over to you card protections, but this practice of non-transparency in business is not a firm anyone should be doing business with!! Use caution to ensure you are actually making your reservation with the hotel of your choice.

  Our family reunion was held here in June. We held the first reunion here 2002. Over the years nothing has changed Tom (the manager) along with his staff are the most helpful and most accommodating people you will ever meet. Always have a smile for you and bending over backwards to make sure you have everything you need. Thanks for always making us feel so welcome. We'll definitely be back and we appreciate all of your help. See you the next time.

  Outstanding Service and Hospitality! Our Gray Family Reunion was recently held at the Best Western, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From the moment we began planning until the final guest checked out, everything was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine hospitality. A special thank you goes to Tom, who went above and beyond to ensure our event was a success. His attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to accommodate our family's needs made all the difference. No request was too small, and he consistently made us feel like valued guests. The banquet room was set up beautifully, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the entire hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our family to gather, reconnect, and create lasting memories.
