Very friendly and helpful people. Pool was amazing. Rooms were pretty clean except for the tub. A/C only went to 60 so room wasnt as cool as wanted. But considering it was 100° out. The balcony was nice to be able to just walk out of your room. They had a breakfast buffet that I'm sure was amazing, we just missed it. Best Western has been my pick for quite sometime now.

We stay at this hotel 1 or 2 times per year to visit family we’ve always been very happy with the service and everyone is so friendly we would recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a hotel in the area Thanks for being there for us and keep up the good work we’ll see you next time!!

The hotel is very dated and could definitely benefit from some refurbishment. Unfortunately, none of the ice machines on any of the floors were working during our stay, which was quite inconvenient.
The complimentary breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited selection. The hands-free pancake machine was a fun and unique feature, but overall the breakfast area felt untidy, with a lot of single-use plastic and cleanliness that could have been better.
On the positive side, the staff were pleasant, but overall the hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations.

Overall, the stay at the hotel was good. It’s a prime location for downtown and has grocery stores nearby for last minute items or food and drinks.
The pool was well-maintained and a nice reprieve from running around; however, the two times we were at the pool we left early because of odd behavior from other guests. Also, be sure to take your own towels because it is hit or miss as to whether or not they have them, and be aware that the rooms have balconies, so people staying on the poolside of the building can stand outside and watch people in the pool.
We requested room service because our trash cans were full, and we needed more towels. In the two days remaining of our visit we never received room service. Eventually, we went to the front desk where we were handed one towel and a washcloth and told there were no more to spare. We also asked for a trash bag and took out our own trash.
The WiFi rarely worked or provided a strong signal, so if you intend to work or stream anything, I recommend having a hotspot. Also, due to the poor WiFi, it’s impossible to cast to the TV they have in the room.
The walls are thin, so you can hear most everything happening outside of your room. If it’s a high travel time when you stay, be aware that you will hear everything.
Traveling with my 83 y/o mother & my dog.
We booked our stay here, because they allowed dogs. They have sliding doors to the outside on the first level for easy outdoor/car access- an important feature for my dog & my mother.
After check in around 4pm, we discovered that our sliding door would NOT open. I asked the front desk for help, apparently the maintenance crew had already left, so we're stuck with a room where we have to walk either through the lobby or out a side entrance of the hotel.
There are electrical outlets with no covers over them- not cool with fluffy dogs! Plus, the outlets and walls are filthy. The power source on the table lamp also was non functional on the right side.
There were no towels in the room.
The final kicker, was finding a weed pipe & lighter in one of the four drawers in the entire room. Someone is not doing their job!
For the price, this is unacceptable, IMO.
The desk clerk looked like I interrupted her both times I asked for help and informed me that I'll have to talk to a manager tomorrow.
This place feels like employees are doing less than their minimum job requirements. I'm extremely disappointed in the service and the state of our "clean room"
*Update*
There was no management available over the weekend. This has NOT been resolved.
