  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jamaal with Safelite did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my Ram truck. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and the new windshield looks great. I really appreciate the quality of his work and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Jamaal and Safelite for windshield replacement.

  Had my back car window completely shattered by recent hail, and Safelite made the entire repair process painless. The technician arrived right on schedule, communicated clearly, and handled the job with total professionalism. The replacement glass looks factory-perfect, but what impressed me most was the cleanup. Anyone who has dealt with shattered automotive glass knows how difficult it is to get every last shard, but they took the extra time to thoroughly vacuum and clear out the entire mess from the back of the car. Fast, seamless, and high-quality work from start to finish. Highly recommend them if you need auto glass replacement.

  Terrible customer service the service man broke my hardware to the review mirror tried to tape it up, so I wouldn’t know he had broken it so when it started falling a month later, I took it to the dealership to have it checked out because my car is still under warranty and they proceeded to show me where they had taped it up and that’s why it was falling and they would not take responsibility for it because I had taken it to the dealership. It was only $27 but it’s just the point.

  Online scheduling was easy. Dropped off car for windshield replacement at 8am when they opened, and was told they would call when done. They close at 5pm. We had not received a call by 4:30, so we tried to call, but could not get to a live person. We figured they just forgot to call, so we went in to pick up the car and it hadn’t been touched. This caused.some havoc because we needed the car for the evening. We got an online notice that the repair was started at 630pm and got the finished notice at 745pm. Being that they were technically closed, it was too late to pick it up, so we had to go the next morning. 1. Don’t offer an appointment time if you can’t meet that obligation. People make specific plans around not having their transportation. 2. It would have been nice to know to expect automated notices of start/completion time, or a notice of delay, so we did not make the 5pm trip to find it hadn’t been started.

  Went in with a very small chip in my windshield, only took 10 minutes of him attempting to fill the chip and they CRACKED MY WINDSHIELD! BRAND NEW WINDSHIELD I JUST GOT INSTALLED AT THIS SAME LOCATION JUST 2 MONTHS AGO. and now they cracked it and said SORRY its a risk to fill a chip they assumed ZERO responsibility for totally damaging my windshield!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO GET A WINDSHIELD REPAIR DONE HERE! A Small chip is now costing me another Claim to my insurance company or I just buy it outta pocket. I will absolutely be telling everyone about this . Im in contact with the corporate offices too. Better Business Bureau too.
