    DO NOT USE THIS SAFELITE REAPIR SHOP. LOOK AT ALL THE BAD REVIEWS FROM 1-2 MONTHS AGO!!!!! They don’t show up!! on 2 occasions no call no show, when they finally did show they refused to fix my windshield, had terrible customer service and when I complained they refused to return my money. Absolutely do not pay before they finish the work. They are a franchisee and they refuse to answer the phone when corporate or any customer tries to call. They have no accountability for the Safelite brand they are tarnishing. It has been 11 days and I am still awaiting a refund. So don’t say please allow 7-10 days for refund processing, I called to get a transaction ID for my bank and nobody could get ahold of the shop, I will be filling a BBB complaint and possibly pursuing small claims court in which my time wasted and Attorney fees will be paid. At the direction of my attorney I am also filling a complaint to the MO attorney generals office. SAFELITE WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY !!

    If I could give them less than one star I would. My first appointment was in April they brought out the wrong glass and said that somebody would contact me when they had the correct glass. I didn't hear anything for a few weeks so then I called and nobody could get a hold of the local shop that was supposed to be doing the repair. They said somebody would contact me I waited a couple more weeks still no contact. And then I got calling more often and still couldn't get an answer was told that somebody would call me back. I finally escalated it to my insurance company and then they scheduled a second appointment. When he came out he broke the glass while putting it in and left glass all over in my gravel driveway. He assured me that somebody would be in contact when they had the new glass. After finding the broken glass in my driveway I escalated it again to Safelite customer care and my insurance company who assured me that they would come out and clean up the broken glass and replace the window they scheduled an appointment and he came out while I was not home and replaced to the glass but did not clean up any of the glass shards. I still have not heard anything about coming back to clean it up. But I do finally have a non-broken piece of glass after more than 2 months of waiting.

    I had a small rock hit my drivers side window and over the next 3 days a 4 inch crack became 10 inches. Set appt and dropped off car( they wouldn’t come to me) and I said” just want to make sure you can fix this crack before I leave”. I was told, we can’t do that because…. I said, then how will I get my window fixed. Don’t you just replace it! Response… oh yea we can do that. 🤪. When I picked up next day I asked if it was easy to mach tinting. Was told, oh, we don’t do that, you’ll have to take it somewhere to be tinted🤔. Maybe they should have looked at it and told me that upfront. Felt like I was a bother to the person checking me in.

    Absolute thieves. Safelite completed my installation, and then exactly four hours later, they arbitrarily swiped an extra $47 out of my bank account without a shred of authorization or explanation. Trying to get my own money back has turned into an infuriating, hours-long wild goose chase. You cannot get a direct line to the local shop, and the customer service runaround is a complete joke. Every single inquiry is met with the same generic, scripted brush-off: "We’ll get back to you on this." Meanwhile, they are holding my funds hostage for an additional service I never requested, never agreed to, and absolutely did not receive. It is incredibly shady to keep a customer’s payment info on file just to pass unauthorized charges after the job is done. If you use this company, do not give them a debit or credit card, or you'll be stuck chasing your own money through their broken, unhelpful system. Unprofessional, unethical, and unacceptable.

    Was pleasantly surprised. My rear drivers side window on my 2024 got shattered, i scheduled a safelite appointment to come to my work in springfield, unfortunately i had a tech who i believe should switch careers. 2.5 hours just for him to say he can’t do it because my regulator is broke, he lied and stated i had to go to a different shop to get it replaced then put cardboard in my window when a thunderstorm was an hour away. I was very disappointed so i left work to go to the shop in Nixa. I spoke with the manager who was AMAZING. and his lead tech, they took time to explain what a regulator was (spanish to me) and they stated it i bought it they would install it free of charge for the inconvenience. Today i finally got my window replaced after two long weeks, the tech took 55 minutes to replace my window and regulator. I was very impressed with the staff here, everyone is fantastic, except for Jonathan lol.
