  The room price dropped by 80 dollars from the time I booked and I wasnt refunded to the current price. The smoking rooms aren't well advertised, its in the amenities if its a smoking room and the sheets reaked. The room was 200 a night and for the same price I was able to stay at a suite nearby in a much nicer hotel. I called the front desk several times to cancel my room and they wouldnt pick up for me or the customer relations people. Thankfully I got my money back for the second night but the night clerk was very accommodating the morning guy had terrible customer service.

  I don’t usually use my frail fidgety fingers to type up reviews. Yet I’m compelled by the top-par customer service & professionalism's I received at from the front desk to the diligence of the cleaning staff. I should know since I’ve (ironically/coincidentally) worked in customer service for years. It’s rare that my wife has no complaint about the cleanliness of a hotel since she used to have a cleaning crew herself, yet she was so impressed by this hotel/motel that she told her grandparents about it & they became regulars…until there death a few years ago.

  Communication with the hotel management was excellent throughout my stay. I experienced a personal issue that caused me to arrive one day later than planned, and everything had already been perfectly arranged for my arrival. Whenever I contacted them to make any changes, they responded immediately. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and helpful at all times. Everything was handled clearly and efficiently, which made the entire experience very comfortable and stress-free. I will certainly return in the future. The value for money is excellent. The surroundings are wonderful, peaceful, and conveniently close to all the necessary services. In addition, there is plenty of parking space available at the hotel.
