  Very bad customer service lied to me about giving me a room for a discount screamed at me because misunderstood his role and then later apologized after he was at fault about an employee giving me a discount because he mis quoted a price then I never received my room until 3 hrs later.... room was pre paid

  Person at check in made everything go smooth. The room was spacious and everything was quiet at night. Decent breakfast in the morning. Would consider coming back again for sure

  The rooms were good enough for my stay for an early flight. The location is great if you are flying out of MCI airport. My only problem was the windows are very thin, and you can hear all the traffic from the highway if you have a highway facing room. So thin that I had to double check to make sure the windows were fully closed. They offer a free shuttle service to the airport and $7 a night long term parking.
