  I love to give positive reviews! We had a very nice stay at this location. We didn't get to use all the amenities for our short stay, but what we did use was great! Daniel really made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to help this tired mom get some extra rest with an early check in. He knows his job well and it was a pleasure to meet him and stay in this location. Probably the best welcome we have ever at at all of the different places we have stayed at over the years. Thank you Daniel and Best Western! We count on you guys having a safe and clean place for us no matter what city we visit and you didn't let us down.

  This was a pretty clean hotel. It could use a little update. It still has the darker colors. The refrigerator in the room is bigger than those small dorm refrigerators, which was nice because we could fit all of our travel food in it. The freezer part is pretty small still, but it did keep our freezer packs frozen. They had the normal Breakfast where you can make your own waffles. They had eggs, sausage, biscuits, and French toast sticks. There was cereal, yogurt, bread, muffins, juice, etc. There was a pool, but we did not have time to use it. It had a sign saying something about the cooling system was not working in the pool area though. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows, which there were plenty to go around. It is on the highway, but we were too tired to notice.

  What a great find. Clean rooms big tv comfortable beds good breakfast and a pool that is actually comfortably warm and in good condition

  I stop going here for a while because the standards went down hill. I do a business trip to Jefferson City every month and always choose this hotel. After a while the standards started slipping so I decided to drive the extra 8 miles to the Candlewood suites. I thought I would give the Best Western another chance since it is so much closer and I was pleasantly surprised to see the standards had gone back up. The only real complaint I have is some real communication issues with the front desk on multiple occasions.
