  I booked this hotel so I could be near my Dad who was in the hospital. Was a little nervous traveling alone but when I arrived at the hotel I was immediately welcomed to the hotel. When I got to my room the rooms were very clean and loved that it was not only close to the hotel but was within walking distance to the historic downtown. Would highly recommend.

  Great place to stay in Branson! Blocks away from Historical Downtown and the Landing. With the Strip just across the highway. Tons of entertainment and food options within walking distance! The hotel is also along the “Free Branson Trolley” that runs until 6 on weekdays, 7 on weekends. Staff is very helpful and keeps the property looking great!! Breakfast is included with your room. Eggs, Sausage, Biscuits and Gravy, Pancakes, Yogurt etc and is served until 10am on weekends / 9am weekdays! 24 HOUR POOL 🙌🏼 we loved a late night swim after a night on the Landing! Comfortable Beds at a Great Value! Plenty of Parking, well lighted Parking Lot

  Lots of bed bugs, we stayed there one night and got bit up by bed bugs. Its infested.

  This hotel wasn’t on the strip and was closer to the Landing. It was easy to get around on the back roads and was nice and clean.

  This company allows their franchises to refuse rentals to individuals they deem to be “locals.” They claim that anyone who lives within a 50 mile radius of the hotel is a local. Just merely having an address whether you actually live there or not deems you to be a local and the authority to make this decision is given to a check in clerk. The Missouri AG needs to take a look at this arbitrary and capricious policy. And see their response below! I was holding a TEXAS drivers license. The fact that I’m in the area while a water well is being drilled in land I own in Arkansas does not give a clerk the right to refuse a rental to me as a “local.” I have strict proof of my residency in texas but I was driven out the door.
