  The rooms were great. The staff is friendly. Its close to every thing. Here is the problem, my card was charged 4 different times. I pointed this out while we were there. ONE of those charges was refunded. I called the following Monday. Was told it would be cleared. Fine. After all were processed on my card, i called back. Still needed at least one refund to make things even. Still waiting. Told it was put in. My bank told me there is no refund waiting to be released and still 3 charges cleared for the hotel. Thats 650$ for 2 nights. Its a good place to stay but not that good. I will be happy to change my review after i am refunded the 321.66 and 10.00 that i was told was being processed.

  This hotel was very clean and the hotel staff were courteous and professional. I was super impressed with the breakfast. It was a little different every day and very fresh. The swimming pool had some issues which they worked very quickly to resolve. It's also conveniently located. We were very close to pretty much everything we wanted to visit. Thank you for a pleasant stay. Absolutely loved the coffee machine too.

  We stayed here June 15th thru the 19th. The hotel was clean and staff was friendly however...the day of our arrival after a 6 hour drive and finishing up with our events for the day we received a call from the hotel saying the pool was down for repairs they didnt know for how long. We could either come and get a 30% off discount or cancel with no penalty. We chose to come for the 30% discount because we were pooped. At the end of our stay i was informed wed get the 30% credit sent back to us soon. Its now the 27th and I am unable to get thru to the hotel when I call it goes to voicemail, when I leave a message I never heard back. I called and spoke with a best western rep they started a complaint ticket for me and said they had 5 days to respond which will be Monday ( its Saturday) this is beyond frustrating. Im between a rock and a hard place. I got no written proof of the 30% off im 6 hours away and disputing the charge would be wrong because we did in fact stay the entire stay just without all the amenities. Id like a response please!

  Loved it here me and my whole family stayed here and they where alsome and the breakfast is wonderful there coffee is to die for simply wonderful experience here you also want to go to hot tub and pool they have a sweat box also

  In the past I worked at Comfort suites. I went to hotel management school by the Patel group. I know great hotels and this BE is one of the very best. We will come back when we visit Branson! The senior price was good for our budget, staff was friendly, gave good advice and hotel was spotless clean!
