My family's go-to hotel for years and years. The location is ideal, the service exactly as you'd expect.

After checking in last night my son wanted to go swimming at the pool. We went to the pool, but found it murky and with a lot of ick floating around in it. We didnt stay long. Came back this evening to find the pool still quite murky. Haven't even gone to see if stuff is floating in it but also been unable to get ahold of anyone at the front desk. I'm fairly disappointed as I specifically searched for a place with a pool for my son. When I booked, reviews for the pool were good.
Breakfast was good with a good variety.
Room was decent.

Currently staying.. Staff is super friendly, however, I will say, you get what you pay for. You're right in the heart of everything so location wise it's great. It's more of an old motel vibe. Dingy, dirty carpet. We had to move twice due to keys not working in the doors. Not only to the room doors but also the pool doors, etc. you have to jam your key in like fifteen times for it to work. "Hot breakfast" is your typical waffle station and bagged scrambled eggs with sausage and cold items but it wasn't bad. Beds are hard as a rock. No comforter or blanket. Just a sheet and old fleece throw on the bed. 5 for staff friendliness. 2 for the room and motel in general. The pool and hot tub are okay but the pool is murky.

I want to start by saying the staff is amazing. Kayla and Micheal at the front desk were very helpful. Michael went way above and beyond to get us a room I paid for. He was great!! The 1st room we got had a bad smell and carpet. I picked this hotel and a particular room so I wouldn't have carpet. Keep that in mind if that's a big deal to you. Our second room was clean and looked like the pictures. However the adjoining rooms were too close for comfort. There is a gap under the door so you can see the lights, shadows and your neighboring guest walking in their room, which for me is too intrusive. Plus you can hear absolutely everything. I heard the neighbors pick up their drinks off the table and set them back down. I heard the ice in their drinks! I knew when they went to the bathroom. I actually heard it. I heard every word on the TV. So when I say you can hear everything, you can hear everything! The neighbors were very quite so it wasn't their fault. Unfortunately for them I was traveling with 3 kids so they may have a similar complaint about me but probably worse. HA! Breakfast was ok but very busy. It was springbreak so to be expected. There wasn't any tables left. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool/Breakfast bathroom was very clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Lots of games in game room were broken and the pool table didn't have all the balls. Overall I probably wouldn't stay there again but the staff was great. Hotel staff gets 5 stars!
The hotel gets 3 stars

Visited Branson for the first time and settled on this hotel for two big reasons:
1) It is dog friendly and I didn’t know if I was going to bring my dog or not ( which I ended up finding a sitter for)
2)The location was near all of the major attractions.
There was three of us traveling so I checked out to two double rooms and overall the experience was 2/5.
Pros:
- The rooms were a good size, had plenty of lighting, seating arrangement and had a fridge/microwave.
- They do have EV chargers available.
- Free breakfast with a good selection.
- Shampoo,Conditioner and body wash is supplied in the shower.
Cons:
- Both of the rooms were overall dirty especially the bathrooms and the sheets had many stains.
- The key cards on one of the rooms kept being rejected which was very annoying.
- The batteries in the tv remote died and the front desk didn’t give batteries but insisted we had to wait for a maintenance man to come by and double check the problem/give the batteries.
- Both the ice bucket and coffee maker in one of our rooms were visibly dirty with stuck on debris.
- The game room was not free and was very dated.
Overall it wasn’t the absolute worst I’ve seen but I don’t see myself staying here again when I visit next.
