  staff was great, very clean rooms, good breakfast. everyone is very helpful this is the place to stay in Branson! Alicia was so knowledgeable about the town and shows , she helped us have a fantastic trip!!! thank to her and all the staff.

  My wife my grandson and his mom stayed here and it wasn’t a good motel because the shower curtain was leaking water and the water pressure was low and the tv wasn’t working so sorry best western but do better

  It was okay. We definitely got catfished by the hotel. The breakfasts tasted pretty bad except for the waffles and they get the food for you, you cant get your own and the lady serving was rude and mumbled. However both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean and well kept. Room was clean but didnt stay cold so that sucked and when they put clean towels in our room they just put a stack on the toilet which is unsanitary. Not entirely worth the price at all but the location is convenient

  The location for this place is Great! My only complaint, the bed was hard. I was looking for soft, the kind of sink in the bed feeling, but I didn't get that. Otherwise, the room was very nice and clean!
