If I could leave less than a star I would. For a hotel that claims cleanliness and helpful staff. This is beyond disgusting. We stayed for a night for our friend’s wedding and not only had found a bed bug in our bed but our lamp cord was completely frayed. When we brought it to the front desk, the lady simply said “there is really nothing I can do, it’s out of my hands” and offered us points for another stays at addition hotels in their chain. Absolutely not. I’m a usually very calm and easy going individual however this is not only a health violation but places safety into concern. The front desk lady walked away during notifications of our concerns.

The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is close to accomodations. The room smelled like they were covering up another oder.
