  Turned away at check-in because my driver's license shows a St. Cloud address. I booked one night (September 15) through Super.com and arrived for work. The front desk refused to rent to me: this hotel does not accept guests with a local address. Nothing in my booking mentioned this policy. My driver's license still showed St. Cloud because I had sold my home there the week before. The desk would not refund me and sent me to the booking site instead. A month later my refund request is still unanswered. A hotel is entitled to its local-guest policy. It is not entitled to hide it until you are standing at the desk, then keep your money. If your ID shows an address anywhere near St. Cloud, book somewhere else.

  Holy cow. This place is NOT wheelchair accessible. Four "handicap spots" and not a single one with ramp access. The carpet is thick and loose, and the exit by my "mobility access room" is in poor repair, with several inches in the vestibule tile broken and missing. Ceiling tiles outside my room missing with wires hanging out. My door didn't shut without a huge amount of shoving or pulling. The sidewalk cuts are awful and rare, the sidewalks are awful, slo0es inside and out are soooo severe. When I called and asked how to get into the building he told me they have four spots but they were taken. Told me to park in the ramp handicap space .. it had no wheelchair access aisle, and the entrance was up stairs and required a key card. You don't get a key card until you sign in. You have to be able to get into the building to sign in. What a mess. Manager said they are grandfathered under ADA. There is no such thing. Awful.

  I am a very busy sports Mom and travelling is something that I do regularly throughout our sports season. My very first time to Saint Cloud, Minnesota and I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Best Western at the Kelly Impressed me very much! The rooms were very nice - stayed on the second floor. The entire hotel was kept up and cleaned by staff exactly how anyone would want it done. The restaurant and bar was amazing! Very big, very spacious lots of televisions for sporting events, food was amazing! I can’t say enough about my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone travelling. I would also like to add the beds were very comfortable very clean, rooms were very clean. Very nice! Management was exceptional! Again, very impressed!

  Came to St. Cloud with a friend and her son for an appointment. Little bit of miscommunication at first and they gave her an upgraded room with river view. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Only gave 4 stars for location because I'm just not a fan of St. Cloud overall. Used to live here years ago and it's just not the same. Hotel was easy to get to and close to main roads.

  Spacious room but confusing layout, the rooms were clean enough. We notified staff well in advance that we had another person staying with us and they couldn't provide us with any pillows for them and were very rude about it. Underground parking couldnt fit our vehicle since we are tall and almost no parking out front. The hot tub was out and no notification was given about that. The coffee maker in the room didn't work and the TV didn't have any channels or anything, I had to log into my own streaming services. This is just not worth the price for how you get treated. We also had a river view suite and couldn't see the river, maybe do better landscaping outside if you're going to post an expensive room with that tag line. Im disappointed
