  Easy online scheduling, the technician was polite and professional. Installation was quick and seamless. My 2nd time using Safelite will definitely use again in the future.

  I was scheduled for 4 hour window replacement and I came back 8 hours later after a job and I was told it wasn’t finished and needed 30 more minutes. Then I was told by another worker they had lost the key then my coworker went in to see what was going on and they told my coworker someone had taken the key home with them. And they left the vehicle unlocked in a bad neighborhood with tools inside. This is not how a company should be ran.
