  While I try to be fair and would give the front desk staff a 3 stars for effort, the overall stay was a horrible experience. I am writing this to formally request a refund due to the poor state of the hotel and its amenities. ​The Issues: ​Unsanitary Bedding: Upon arriving at my room, I discovered that the blanket on the bed was completely wet. This is a basic health and hospitality standard that was completely missed. ​Broken Amenities: I specifically chose this location for the pool and jacuzzi. Both were completely out of order with no prior warning or accommodation made. ​Severe Understaffing: There was only one girl working the front desk. She was doing her absolute best and was incredibly nice and helpful, but she was completely overwhelmed trying to answer phone calls with a long line of guests waiting to check in. Management is failing both their staff and their guests by leaving the desk this understaffed. ​Paying full price for a room with wet bedding and broken amenities is unreasonable. I expect management to reach out to me regarding a partial or full refund for this stay.

  The room was constantly humid and they had the pool closed during our visit. The included breakfast was okay.

  I've been staying here on and off for 3.5 years. Every time I stay it's worse. I will stay somewhere else next time when I'm in the area

  I’m not one for writing reviews but if you go here, be careful. I went here for a work trip and was put in a duel room when it was just my boyfriend and I. When we walked into our room and were unpacking, another couple walked into our room and thought we were housekeeping. Absolutely thin walls and that was terrible when you need to wake up at 8 am and are kept up until 3 am because of a wedding party screaming, drinking, and letting their kids run up and down the hallways. Did the front desk do anything about this? ABSOLUTELY NOT Luckily that was our last night there. The smoke detector also went off multiple times while I was showering, the pool and hotub were “broken,” and the staff was just upright rude!! I think the only nice person was a guy who told us we can take anything from the breakfast area that we need at all times of the day and to enjoy our stay. The housekeeping also never cleaned our room or changed our sheets, and when we got home we noticed that we had FLEAS!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I will never be staying at a Best Western again; and I had never been so happy to leave a place.

  Booked a room for 1 night for the trap tournament. Upon check in was advised no pool or hot tub. Asked then for a reduced rate and was told no. Beds were comfortable but the room was loud. Could hear nieghbor snoring all night and the floor above sounded like a horse track. No one at the front desk to address the issues when we left in the morning. Im not sure how this place the higher rating, but I will not stay here again.
