  I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Everything I was told over the phone before booking turned out to be inaccurate. I was told breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast. There was no room service, and the room did not have basic amenities like shampoo or soap. I also booked what was described as a king bed, but it was not as advertised. We were asked to leave the pool earlier than expected, and the staff were not friendly or welcoming. Overall, my experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel.

  Was very disappointed that the pool wasn't heated and even though it is inside it was too frigid to enjoy.

  I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to stay somewhere else. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that cleanliness and maintenance are not a priority here. The most disturbing issue was the severe cockroach infestation. Roaches were visible in the room, bathroom, and even around the furniture throughout our stay. Seeing pests crawling around where guests are expected to sleep and store personal belongings is completely unacceptable. In addition to the infestation, the overall condition of the property appeared poorly maintained and unsanitary. Despite bringing the issue to staff's attention, the response was inadequate and did not resolve the problem. No guest should have to worry about insects crawling through their room while trying to relax or sleep. For the price paid, this experience was beyond disappointing. Cleanliness is the bare minimum expectation for any hotel, and this property failed miserably. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

  I was awakened continually by slamming doors, plumbing noises and a toilet that would not flush properly. The staff was very friendly.
