  We booked a two night stay recently. The first night our TV didn't work and the nightstand clock didn't work. I called the office and was told someone would be there shortly. The following day the office was contacted three different times about the issue and was told that someone would take care of the problem. No one ever showed up. Upon check-out there was no questioning as to weather or not we enjoyed our stay. Very poor customer relations the entire stay. The hotel location was great with easy access to the boat docks. The morning breakfast was great with numerous selections. We will stay there again despite the inept front desk.

  The hotel is incredibly clean. They offer a shuttle to the ferry docks, but both docks are very walkable or you can easily ride your bike there. We took advantage of the clean indoor pool and hot tub. Our kiddos loved the playground and the s'mores around the bonfire. We will definitely be back!

  Amazing value! Only $135/night for this “partial” view of the island, lucked out with the best room in the category during shoulder season. Everything was clean, good breakfast selection and attendants. Good firm bed. You can walk to Shepler’s Ferry but their free shuttle was extremely quick and easy. They have everything from motel rooms to big double family suites in different buildings so make sure you check all the different types when you are booking.

  We stayed here as a family of five (kids ages 15, 12, and 9) and had such a great experience! Our room setup with two beds and a pull-out couch worked out perfectly for us,plenty of space and super comfortable. Breakfast was just right, and the waffle station was a huge hit with our crew! They had three waffle makers going, plus strawberries and chocolate toppings, definitely our favorite part of the morning. The staff really made our stay even better. The young man at the front desk was always so friendly, and honestly, every staff member we came across was welcoming and kind. The kids also loved the indoor pool and hot tub, it was the perfect way to relax. We’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay!

  Best Western Harbour Pointe was my favorite stay in our trip around Lake Michigan. We had a beautiful room on third floor of Ontario building that had amazing views from our balcony. Very clean, the staff are super friendly and the breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast I have had in a long time. Would definitely stay here again.
