  Very easy, front staff and my technician were professional and courteous. The drop off was quick and easy, as was scheduling. Pick up went just as fast. I recommend this location. I chose not to use insurance upfront so I can’t comment on the pricing, but it was straightforward from the online booking and I didn’t receive additional charges after. Pricing is upfront and I was able to pay online.

  Front office staff was great and easy to work with. Payment process was an easy transaction. Service tech was very professional and called to notify me during and after the process. New window looks great.

  I will never use Safelite ever again. The technician caused more damage than he corrected. He communicated with me that he nicked the regulator wire when sliding the new window in and now the window will not stay closed or go up and down. He communicated with me that Safelite owes me a new regulator and assured me they would make it right. When the office manager called me she told me they do not cover this and they would file a claim with my insurance company. When I received my receipt there were zero notes regarding the damage. I called my insurance company to check on the claim and they informed me the technician said I was having troubles with the regulator prior to service. This is untrue. In fact I have the conversation on my doorbell camera. Now i am dealing directly with my insurance company because they have decided this is not just a glass claim. I am very frustrated and will never use safefile for any future services.

  Okemos Safelight location is easy to get to and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Dropped my vehicle for the appointment and it was ready in less time than expected. Technician called to say it was finished and left detailed instructions on after care for success of the windshield chip repair. My insurance was accepted and I had no out-of-pocket expense.
