  Great job in a short period of time. Traveling to Okemos Michigan late on Thursday afternoon local Safelite deemed the rock that cracked my windshield required replacement. They ordered new windshield, squeezed me in to an already very busy schedule on Saturday and replaced/recalibrated the vehicle and I was on the road back home to Chicago in just ours. Well done and thank you!

  This is the third windshield I've had to have replaced by Safelite in the last 5 years, each time my claim was handled quickly and efficiently. My Allstate insurance covered my claim each time so that was a plus.

  Edit : my insurance confirmed the shop messed up. It is the shop’s responsibility to investigate when a new code comes up; they suggested the codes sound like this shop damaged my car and the shop just doesn’t want to take responsibility. I’ll be going to a different shop to fix what this one messed up and refuses to fix. ——— Seemingly great service, but they refuse to fix it if they mess things up. My EyeSight safety system went out immediately after windshield replacement and I’ve gone back and forth with them for 2 months, including the manager failing to call me back after promising to do so. The manager refused to believe the Subaru dealership explaining that Safelite caused the issue. The error codes (which the manager showed me using an AI overview from google) are both centered on the Eyesight system and my dealership cleared all other possible issues, but the manager insists they aren’t related to the eyesight system. The manager was consistently dismissive and seems to believe this situation is acceptable and that the Subaru dealership is wrong. The manager also almost certainly lied by saying the EyeSight system worked for them when they drove it. It has not worked since the first time I turned my car on after replacement. I rarely leave negative reviews and the experience seemed good, but fair warning that they will not help if they make a mistake.
