  We stayed here for two nights (May 8–10, 2026) and had a really great experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food available each morning. Overall, a really nice place to stay — we would definitely come back again!

  I took a 40 hours class thur the state of Michigan .They booked the room . Great choice. I’d stay here without question .

  First time we stayed here the room next door had a domestic every night. Screaming yelling and then the hallway stunk of marijuana. I guess we we put in the section 8 wing. Second time we stayed here booked a king room. Checked in, however we weren’t told “oh sorry we overbooked and no king beds for you.” Get up to room and find two double beds in same wing that we stayed in last time. Go to front desk and inquired about correct room and were told too bad, general manager won’t be here until tomorrow. Rooms are dirty Never staying here ever again. FYI Best Western Okemos, Reservation was under my wife’s name.

  There is no hot tub here on-site since covid as I was told. Only a few rooms that are "suites" have jetted tubs. The hallways are large and if you were having a conference or something I could see coming here. The service is that, a 1. The bathroom had hardly any towels, especially for having a jetted tub in the room. The rooms are large and if your needing to be in the area with large space and pet friendly and a pool, then this would be your place. They should just put in a self checkin and forget the staff, not kidding. The sofa beds are old, very old and looking at the mattress grossed me out so much i put a few layers of bedding I had to go ask for because as the staff told me "they always forget that" . The breakfast area is nice and a typical spread. There are some fast food and other places in the area. I'd try a different one in the area next time unless the suites were super cheap, I just dont think it's worth it, with how many other hotels are in the general area and the amenities they have. Has potential if they fix the customer service and the housekeeping issues

  Best place to stay in the Lansing area. Clean, great staff, pool area and gym are great. Breakfast always good and on time
