  Nods from Safelite provided and overview of the process and excellent customer interaction while maintaining efficiency and precision during this windscreen replacement. Safelites scheduling and updates of arrival times were ready and accurate. Great care was taken to not scratch or blemish my cats finish our interior trim. The replacement looks factory correct, with the electronics and cameras aligned to spec and functioning properly. If I have other auto glass that needs I'll return to Safelite

  Easy to schedule on the internet. They took care of the insurance part. Had a cracked windshield and it was fixed in just a few days. Technician took less than an hour and came to our house.

  Canceled our appt 1 hour before it was set to begin. This appointment was made a week in advance. Evidently the wildfires are being used as a justification for not working in the field. With an AQI of 41 (see attached), I’m not sure what standards need to be met for them to honor their scheduled and confirmed appointments. Interestingly, the person at this location said you can’t believe that any appts made online are real; they may not be valid. Evidently two people can make an appt in the same slot and/or they aren’t actually available. With 7 days for them to see a double booking, there was no effort to reach out to reschedule with us. Even the cancelation was merely a text confirmation of cancelation. I’m not sure what kind of BS excuse this is, but I think it speaks to the lack of honesty and integrity of this location and their staff.

  Safelite made the process easy. Van & lane assist equitment were impressive. Safelite could use Noah their tech as the company spokesperson, he'd put Jake from State Farm back on the farm.

  Their AI Phone service will tell you to come in even if you’re late and that it WILL NOT cancel your appointment. But when you get there, they will tell you they’re too backed up and they have to cancel it. Shitty service. If you actually had someone that can actually pick up the phone, I could’ve saved my time rather than driving all the way there and you wouldn’t be losing customers to a shitty AI program!
