  Excellent! I scheduled the service online for a new windshield and was given an appointment with a four hour window. The tech (Owen) called about 30 minutes prior to arrival. He was friendly and efficient! He completed the job quickly and even put my oil change reminder on my new windshield. He cleaned off my dash and left me with a sparkling new windshield! They even handled the auto insurance claim! First time customer will now be lifelong!

  Amazingly easy to work with, especially the great online system and surprisingly good AI chat. I was really impressed with the phone system and how well it understood my request and routed my call. Best of all great customer service from technician that came to the house, and the staff at the office for a repair at the Plainfield location and Rich the store manager.

  Terrible follow-up service. Took forever to get appointments, then they cancelled me 2 times for mobile service (the day before and the day of the appointment.) They don't take care of you for their "lifetime warranty." Car has been out of service for 2 weeks, and they do not care at all.
