  BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! I took my Audi here and they installed a horrible aftermarket windshield. I took my car back to them to have the correct windshield installed. They had my car nearly the entire day and did nothing. I then reschedule a third appointment after clearly informing them that I must have my vehicle back no later than 1 o'clock. I have attempted to contact them multiple times and the call system hangs up on me. Now I am with no car and no way to contact them. Horrible customer service!!!

  Needed windshield replacement. Did online appointment. Not real clear as to what "level" of service I needed. Service was done and done early. Too many corporate emails/texts, before, up to and after Service. I only need/expect an appointment confirmation and a "reminder", the day before. Not one everyday before Service. And more day of and days after. Not my first windshield replacement. Knew there would be a deductible. Appreciate that it was local, like a mile from house. Thats why I elected to drop car off and pick up later in day.

  Previously used Safelite AutoGlass for windshield replacement on another vehicle and was very satisfied with the work completed. They offer on-site at the nearest office or will come to your location with no additional cost. They explain the entire process before doing the work. Highly recommend them.

  Trash customer service. Had some rude lady call me telling me I need a garage in order to do the service when I selected “no garage” while making the appointment. Instead of offering the idea of rescheduling, the decided to tell me how weather works. I’m good, I’ll never support a business with snarky employees. There’s a guy in town that’ll do it, anyways. Hope that woman isn’t so miserable someday.

  I showed up for my appointment and they said they didn't have the glass. They rescheduled for a whole day drop in a few days. Called a different location and they came to me the next day.
