  It was easy to schedule an appointment. They came out when they said they would, even though I wasn’t home they came to my job and the replacement Was excellent we are happy with the service

  Jordan did a great job!! He came to my work parking lot (I work for an event and catering company) parking lot was chaos like usual on a Friday. He was steady and didn't get frustrated when ask if he could move his car. Over like 2 inches. I forgot to take my park and oil mileage sticker off my window was nice enough to grab it safe them over the weekend and even brought them to me. Super awesome!!!

  2 experiences, 1st I had to bring my BMW to their shop 4 ti.es for the same wi shield, they ordered the wrong one, forgot to order the trim, wrong trim, then trim fell off. When I asked what they could do DM said,"its fixed isn't it, we're good" and hung up. 2nd tech called with 45 mins left in window ask8ng," do you still want me to come?" Yes, then he rushed, didn't clean all the broken glass, or clean the glass

  Although the service at the Safelite shop was outstanding, the booking via the website was awful. Booked online for the same day but when I arrived at the shop, they told me they don't carry my windshield and I would have to wait over 24 hours to get it done. Suggestion to others is to call the shop before you make plans so you don't experience the same delays I did.

  Great experience from the get go! I was contacted before my appointment to let me know when the technician would arrive, and then also when he started and finished. The whole process was very quick, and the technician was very personable and professional. I would definitely recommend Safelite! I’ve had numerous windshields replaced, and never had any problems. I honestly cannot say that about most companies these days… I’ll always use Safelite!
