  This property does not live up to a "Premier" name. Front desk agents AJ and Rosa are dedicated professionals, but management leaves them completely unsupported. We arrived to an uncleaned room, and the replacement room had minimal storage and a thick ring of dust. Noise from the hallway and other rooms carries easily.Worse, the advertised amenities are broken or neglected. The pool turned green and closed for days, the gym was missing weights, and the business center lacks a printer. The laundry room was so filthy and disgusting that we had to wash our clothes by hand in the sink. Bogart’s restaurant is rarely open and serves no alcohol. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

  Stayed here for a month. The service was warm and inviting. I understand that sometimes it is busy because this location receives a lot of groups, but the attention to each guest and organization is apparent. They make a concerted effort to address everyone individually and with respect. Rosa and AJ were amazing managers, very friendly, appropriately conversational, and very humorous. I witnessed them interacting with guests hundreds of times and always with enthusiasm and care. The room was clean. Housekeeping was responsive and issues were dealt with in a timely manner. Staff was always on hand. Visible. Never had ANY issue getting assistance. I appreciate their candor and demeanor as well as the effort out in to maintaining this property.

  Rooms are climate controlled . wake up in the middle of the night sweating My thermostat fluctuates between 69 and 73°. doesn’t even reach my desired 68. Customer Service is nonexistent. 50% of my stay here there was a sign on the front desk stating they were helping another customer. This is not true because I normally see the employees Socializing amongst themselves away from the desk in the dining area. This is definitely a hotel unlike others. Like I said earlier, they are normally not behind the desk waiting to serve somebody needing assistance. I would never stay here again. I’m only here because my employer put me here.

  We were not very happy with our stay. I don’t understand all the positive reviews. While it wasn’t the worst place I’ve ever stayed, there were so many off-putting issues. The towels in our room were dirty and had hair all over them, there were multiple occasions there were several large smelly garbage bags sitting in the hallway by the elevators, the ice machine didn’t work, the shower in our room only half worked (the water sprayed out the top and bottom at the same time), there was no exhaust vent fan in the bathroom, the elevator was a mess with a sign saying it was being repaired but we never saw anyone repairing it. Also, when we first got there to check in, we waited in the lobby at least 10 minute before a hotel worker even showed up, there was nobody at all at the front desk. This was frustrating and also made us a bit uncomfortable about the security at the hotel.

  This was a decent place to stay for the price, My most recent stay I was a bit shocked at what was going on. One morning when I left I purposely left the t.v on and a light and upon my return I noticed both t.v and the light was off. Then noticed my suitcase was messed with and my small medication bag was missing. I went to the lobby and questioned the front desk and he statement was that they took my medication out of concern. Well first off it was in a closed bag that you can't see what's in it and why were they in my room going through my belongings even after requesting no room service and they don't offer it any longer unless you ask for it. Then the front desk lady hand me my bag of medice and at the front lobby entrance looked like a massacre with blood all up and down the glass entrance and floor. I would post a photo of the lobby but it will not allow me.
