  Cockroaches!!!! We checked in on Saturday June 27. The girl at the desk was very sweet. When we got to our room (215) we walked in to find a cockroach on the bed closest to the door (see photo) we were disgusted, snapped a photo and went to walk immediately back out and there was another dead cockroach right inside our door that we must have stepped on when we walked inside. We went back to the front desk and told the gentleman who was now behind the desk and he immediately refunded our money after asking if we’d like to be moved to another room (we said no!) When we asked if he’d like to see the photo, he replied “no, I believe you” It seemed as if he wasn’t surprised at the accusation.

  This hotel is the worst I’ve ever experienced. The ac unit was so loud it was difficult to make a phone call in my room. When I reported it to the manager they said the air compressors made all the ac units sound that way. The bathroom toilet, shower, bathroom walls and floor were all dirty and stained. I was told there were no other rooms available. The drawers were broken, the microwave was dirty and had hair and sticky residue on the door handle. The final straw was the ant infestation. There were ants in the bed that bit me. And when we brought in food and placed it on the desk, the ants were found crawling around our food. We couldn’t use the refrigerator because it was dirty. We abruptly checked out and asked to speak the manager to report the conditions (again) and to let them know we expected the remainder of our reservation to be cancelled. The young lady at the front desk told me to take the managers business card and call the manager myself! I said “you want ME to call your manager on my personal phone? You’re not going to call them to come to the front desk?!” Unbelievable! She paused then picked up the phone and called the manager to come over. The manager showed up and I reported the conditions and told them that we would be checking out immediately and will not paying for any unused days in our reservation. The manager didn’t inquire further, didn’t offer any apologies regarding the condition of the room, charged my card and handed me a receipt. Don’t fall for any positive reviews of this hotel. This place was disgusting and poorly managed.

  Save yourself some time and stay at the Holiday Inn right beside this place. Staff was rude, maid ignored the privacy door handle, and breakfast was old and stale. Wanted to update that this place still continues to be awful as they won't send me an invoice for the stay. I've even called the corporate line and this location refuses to cooperate. Is this how Best Western operates?

  Got to this best western at about 930 me and my wife and son traveled all the way from pa hoping to get some sleep before the next day.Everything was good guy at front desk was nice so we went to grab Chinese food down the road come back go to our room sat down to eat only to find out were eating next to bed bugs crawling all over the curtains. Not even in the room for a half hour do yourself a favor and do not stay here go to the Holliday inn.
