  We picked this hotel because we were passing through in Frederick. It was reasonably priced for a short overnight day. It was rated as a two star hotel, which is probably appropriate. The lobby was dingy with poor lightning. The clerk behind the desk was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean as were the linens. Bathroom was extremely tight, and if you could see from the picture, the toilet was almost up against the wall on the left side There was a stain ceiling tile from a previous leak in the bathroom. Seriously, what’s it take to replace the ceiling tile and to turn on some lights in the lobby. It was comfortable, but you get what you pay for.

  We stopped at this Best Western on our way to Ocean City and booked it based on the positive reviews, so we arrived with no real concerns. We checked in late, but the front desk staff was still friendly and efficient, making the check-in process quick and easy. Unfortunately, the first thing we noticed was the strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hallway leading to our room, despite the hotel being advertised as non-smoking and having no-smoking signs posted throughout the property. The room itself was decent. The beds were comfortable and a good size, which made for a restful night’s sleep. However, the bathroom was extremely small, with very little room to move around, and the sink being located outside the bathroom felt a bit awkward. The biggest concern was the shower. After taking one look inside, we chose not to use it due to what appeared to be black mold. On a positive note, the complimentary breakfast was better than expected. The Belgian waffles were a nice touch, and the scrambled eggs were surprisingly fluffy and tasty. Overall, the experience wasn’t terrible, and the staff was courteous and pleasant throughout our stay. However, cleanliness issues and a few overlooked details kept the hotel from meeting expectations. While it served its purpose for a quick overnight stop, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

  **Worst hotel experience I've ever had. I paid for a room and never even made it past the front desk.** Wish I could give zero stars At approximately 2:00 a.m., while traveling alone, I called this hotel because I needed a room immediately. I specifically explained multiple times that I was only five minutes away and needed a room right then, checking out later that morning. Despite correcting the reservation agent several times, she booked me for a 3:00 p.m. check-in later that day. When I arrived, the problems only got worse. I'm disabled and had to park an unreasonable distance from the entrance because the parking area closest to the hotel was filled with cargo vans. After carrying my luggage across the lot, I entered the lobby and found nobody at the front desk. There was only a sign saying someone had stepped away. I waited for quite some time before the employee finally arrived carrying food. Instead of apologizing for the wait, she was immediately rude, rolled her eyes, sucked her teeth, and told me that if I was in a bad mood, that was my problem. She showed no professionalism, no customer service skills, and no interest in helping resolve the reservation issue. The police were eventually called in an attempt to help me obtain a refund. Even after it was discovered that the reservation had been booked incorrectly, I was denied a refund for a room I never used, never checked into, and never even saw. To make matters worse, after refusing to help, the hotel attempted to have me trespassed from the property while I was simply waiting for transportation. The reservation agent made a serious error, the front desk employee was hostile and unprofessional, and management refused to take responsibility. After multiple phone calls and hours wasted, I am still fighting for a refund. Avoid this hotel if you value professionalism, customer service, accessibility, and basic respect.

  BED BUGs!!!! after they moved me rooms I went straight to the laundromat and I treated everything I owned that I brought with me I wake up the second day with bedbug bites in a different room now I’m being put out of the hotel and told that I brought them with me how did I bring them with me if I just treated all of my stuff with bedbug treatment at the laundromat cussing me out because this is my problem

  Note: not handicap accessible. Overall clean with free continental specialty breakfast. You can sign into netflix, prime video which is cool. Tv channels are limited. Clean rooms and nice comfortable beds.
