  I have never experienced worse customer service! We stayed in Room 404 for seven days. From the very first day, the toilet was constantly running - the water simply would not stop. We reported it to the front desk, but nothing happened. The next morning, we reported it again. Still nothing. And this continued for the entire seven-day stay. When we checked out, the toilet was still running. Apparently, none of the staff cared about fixing it - we seemed to be the only ones concerned. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if it’s still running right now. If anyone ends up staying in Room 404, let me know!!!)))))

  We stayed here for a week and tried to extend our stay for two more days. Even though the hotel was fully booked, they still charged us and gave us room keys, only to tell us the next morning that we had to leave! This is absolutely not how you treat your guests. One star.

  The handicap bathroom really needed to have work done. There was dust in the corner near the sink. The shower needed to be updated. They remodel the hotel why not the shower.

  I loved this hotel the front desk staff is amazing and I feel as though it’s worth every dollar I paid breakfast is good plenty of restaurants they give you waters in your room but Picture this it’s 8 am on a Sunday you’ve paid $300 a night for your hotel and you’re awaken by housekeeping attempting to enter your room I hate being woken out of my sleep and then I call out because what do you want at 8 am all she says is housekeeping like yes but what do you want no response sleeping in uninterrupted is why I chose to stay at a hotel instead of for free with my family

  This hotel is a great value! The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The water pressure was great. We did not experience elevator noise mentioned in other reviews, like at all. We came into town to see a game at Fenway. The game was rained out and postponed to the next day. The hotel held our luggage after we checked out for no fee. The hotel is a 15 minute drive to the Riverside T Station Parking lot.
