  This is our 2nd stay at this motel and we love it so much. The rooms are very spacious. The TV is massive. The beds are comfy. The rooms get made up every day. The staff are so lovely. Breakfast is nice and convenient. Laundry machines are easy to use. No safe in the room, but felt very safe so did not worry. Will 100% stay here again.

  This Best Western is well maintained and it has a walkable location for dining and shopping. Brenda who manages the complementary breakfast was attentive and the breakfast was very pleasant. This property is run with a staff that actually cares about hospitality which is a rarity in a chain hotel.

  I didnt realize this was a motel when I booked it. This was probably the nicest motel I've ever stayed in but I don't typically book motels. They cleaned and replaced towels in the room every day. There was nice collection of soaps. It's walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions in Plymouth. The breakfast was decent and they had a breakfast hostess whose helpful. I was a big fan of their sugar free vitamin water on tap, I'm not sure I've ever seen a hotel offer that before. They had low carb and gluten free options available. For breakfast they had everything I'd have wanted except no caffeine free herbal tea, so all the teas were green or black. On the downsides. The door to our room was slightly misaligned. So it locked at the handle but we couldn't use the bolt. Since it was a ground floor room, open to street traffic I'd say this is unacceptable. The walls between units are pretty thin you can hear conversations next door and outdoors. Lastly there was furry mold along the windows of the breakfast area a good clean would help. If I booked this place again I'd probably be bossy about having a bolt that can be locked. I was there with my husband...and Plymouth seemed calm enough I didn't want to fuss. But overall if I had another reason to return to Plymouth I'd be open to this place again.
