  This is probably one of the best places I've stayed with my family. Room was clean. Breakfast was great. Coffee in room not great, but good enough. Coffee downstairs in lobby was good. Location was great. Price was of the room for 3 days was amazing, and no hidden fees. I highly recommend this hotel if going to Salem. Book ASAP though.

  We booked here originally for only 1 night and ended up staying for 3 nights ....it was a very nice, clean hotel and the staff there was wonderful. I met the one manager there (I wish I could remember her name) that was just absolutely lovely and made our experience that much better. I loved watching her interact with her staff : her managerial skills definitely shone through! Breakfast was always great, no complaints at all with this hotel : keep up the great work!

  From the moment we walked in, there was a strange, unpleasant smell. People were smoking cannabis in their rooms, and the odor carried through the hotel. There were spiders on the walls, and housekeeping had even left cleaning products in the bathroom. The rooms are poorly soundproofed, and we could clearly hear the baby crying in the room next door. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay.

  Gud hotel, room was clean, spacious, big, but the pool was freezing and blury and smelled chlorine

  Other then the microwave being loud 😅 and 1 elevator being out of service the whole time we were there, there seriously no complaints at all. We stay for 3 night and it very comfortable and our girls love the indoor pool. The indoor pool was a life saver for rainy day. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, we look forward for the bf every morning.
