I really appreciate the generosity and kindness the manager showed me today with the glass on my side view mirror that had bizarrely fallen off. It was extremely quick and he got to it right away, which was so nice!!!! It was quick, easy, and great service!!! Thank you so much!!! I am very grateful!!!

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. I was sent by my insurance company to get my windshield replaced, they do the replacement and I noticed my air conditioning is not blowing hot air occasionally, so I take it to the dealer for a warranty repair and the dealer tells me that the humidity, rain, and light sensor that’s attached to my windshield is damaged as a result from getting my windshield replaced (mind you I had zero A/C issues prior to getting my windshield replaced) and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. So I take it to safelite and I’m not sure if their master glass technician is misinformed or straight up lied to me but essentially tried to tell me the dealer was wrong and the sensor in my windshield is only a rain and light sensor not a humidity sensor. So I take it back to the dealer again, this time the dealer gave me a very detailed report basically debunking anything their “master” glass technician at safelite told me. So now I am at a point where I am being ignored by the district manager and the shops manager both who have failed to reach out to me after multiple calls. So these people will damage your car and take ZERO responsibility for it, absolute disgrace of a glass shop. Also staff are also very rude and dismissive. Horrible experience.

-Brought the car in to be evaluated for two chips in my windshield the week before, was told it could be repaired with epoxy. Made an appointment for the following week.
-Friendly staff and Manager.
-Store double booked my appointment.
-They waived the cost of the service to the insurance company for my trouble.
-Would have appreciated more communication between the front desk and the Technician. I was not told when I left that they were unable to repair one of the two chips. If that was the case they should have recommended a windshield replacement prior to attempting the repair.
-Store was inaccessible by phone. All calls were diverted to a horrible "AI Assistant". Local store phone # is not on the Google page.
-Thank you to the friendly Technician who called me back to update me after the visit. The second chip you were able to repair is invisible now.
Will go somewhere else for a full windshield replacement.
Disappointed with the results of my visit today.
Did a fantastic job replacing my windshield. Super smooth process, great communication, and the install came out perfect. Looks like nothing ever happened. Definitely recommend!
Safelite did an excellent job replacing my cracked windshield. They were very professional and sent reminders for the service. Additionally they had all the correct information from my automobile insurance glass coverage, were on time with my scheduled appointment and completed the replacement in the projected timeframe. I would recommend them without any personal reservations
