  This is by far the worst hotel experience I've had at hotel stay. Poor house keeping the breafast was horrible. Not to mention Father's day weekend. 2nd floor smell like mold on mildew. Room are not properly cleaned. Very unpleasant experience next time i will do hilton hotel.

  I would not recommend staying at this hotel. When we arrived, the hotel was actively undergoing construction. In my opinion, if major remodeling is being done, the hotel should consider closing sections of the property rather than having guests stay there while work is taking place. It was difficult to relax and get proper rest with construction going on.The cleanliness was also unacceptable. The shower curtain was dirty, there was hair on the toilet, the refrigerator was dirty, and there were crumbs on the floor as if the room had not been properly vacuumed. The sheets also appeared dirty when we arrived, and there was even what looked like a footprint on the bed, making it seem as though the room had not been thoroughly cleaned before our stay. The food was also very disappointing. It was not fresh, did not taste good, and was honestly one of the worst parts of the experience. After staying for four days, a couple people in our group including me, returned home with bites that appeared consistent with bed bug bites, which was very concerning. Overall, the hotel felt dirty, poorly maintained, and not ready for guests. Between the construction, lack of cleanliness, poor food quality, and concerns about bites, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others.

  Just avoid this place at all costs. What were they thinking with the driveway entrance. If you don’t have a pickup truck of some sort, good luck. The entire hotel reeks of mold/mildew smell from the lack of circulation of air and the non existent dehumidifiers. The beds are damp, the pillows are damp, it’s all damp. Basically feels like you’ve been camping outside as a kid and wake up with that morning dew all over your covers.

  Filthy, gross and smells. The room was nasty. The breakfast poor. The front desk rude. When I called corporate the said this location was individually own and I would need to speak with the manager. I will dispute the charity my credit card company. I was not expecting a nice hotel but it should at least be clean.

  This room is utterly disgusting ! And Jekeeta has the worst customer service skill i have ever seen . Stayed at the hotel attending a funeral for my uncle , arrived with my 2 younger children . This room wAs disgusting the pull out sofa bed was so nasty with hair my son refused to sleep in it. The sheets on the queen bed were so nasty with stains pillow cases were disgustung and the extra blanket in the closet was full of pet hair i had to ask for clean sheets and a throw blanket just to be a little comfortable for the night . The room has the worst smell of sewer and the carpet felt wet and sticky ! The fridge was so nasty i refused to put any food or drinks we bought ! Remind you we drove 3 1/2 hours from Houston Friday night to attend funeral for Saturday .I could not stay there Another night i had to find another place for my children and i to sleep we couldn't sleep there another night!!! I stopped desk while leaving out and Jekeeta had no remorse insteAd responded that there was nothing she could do . Finally corporate stated the hotel would have to refund me for the one night i could not stay . After speaking with Jakeeta today requesting just a refund for the day/ night we didn't stay i TRIED to expressed my concerns however she was so rude no apologies Nd i could not speak at all as she yelled and over talked me the whole time. Customer Service is not her strong side at all ! I wouldn't advise anyone to stay at this hotel .
