  I had a great experience during my stay, and a big reason was because of a young Spanish boy working there. He was extremely respectful, fast, professional, and genuinely kind the entire time. He made my stay very memorable with how well he treated guests and handled everything so smoothly. Employees like him are hard to find nowadays. If I ever met the company owners personally, I’d honestly tell them to give him a raise because he truly deserves it. Great worker and even better person.

  The service we were given by one of the front desk employees, Chantelle, was amazing. She helped ensure we were able to get into our room quickly and efficiently, and that we were all set with everything we needed. Not to mention, her positive attitude and smile were refreshing to see and made us feel welcomed right away. We had a great stay between our encounters with her, the convenient location of this hotel, and the extremely cleanly rooms/consistent room service. Only thing I would say about the room itself is to bring your own shower products, just because the ones provided are small! Thanks Best Western!

  the place is very clean I decided to stay because I stayed here before and I didnt have a problem when I got to the front desk I regret it the whole way never staying here agian customer service is the worst rude idk how they hire people like that and by the comments they do nothing about it just stay at the other best western on Idaho dr they are always nice the owner is always on point not like this place

  Sid was great and took an extra step to ensure that we had the best transportation service that we could get in this area. We were so pleased before we left for our cruise that when we returned, we stayed another night with you all. THOMAS AND JOHNSON FAMILY
