  This was our first time in Abbeville Louisiana and we came to see family out here and we decided to stay at this hotel the people were nice but the hotel room smelled like cigarettes and my daughter has asthma so that’s bad and we stayed two days and we are leaving out today and we were charged $15 because of something that was on a towel and the woman at the desk said they washed it and it wouldn’t come out then you are not using bleach because anything would come out of white if you use bleach so overall our stay was not good and the service and the breakfast was good that’s probably the only good thing about our stay please say yall money !!!!😞And then I don’t recommend staying on the 1st floor the people above us were so loud every morning and night 😞

  I’ve stayed at this hotel on several occasions. Highly recommend staying if you’re in the Abbeville La area. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

  Very rude staff, Manager a control freak: I didn’t like my room on the third floor because of road noise, floors uneven, dirty bathroom, bathroom door wouldn’t stay open. Requested a change of room and was denied, manager was like insulted by my request, didn’t even wanted to give me a receipt when I told them am canceling my 10 day stay to go to a different hotel.

  They charged me $15 for a unremovable stain on a towel. I have never had this happen before, I travel weekly. If you do not have detergent to remove stains, you are in the wrong business. This was the first time staying at a BW and my last. The breakfast was horrible, recommend going out for breakfast. I asked for a bottle of water and they stated I am only allowed to give you two for the stay. They were walmart bottles 😂🙄
